front or rear?

Front and rear bolt are the same and I think are a common 8 x 45mm.
If you really want the correct original one I probably have some that are refinished.

The new ones available from Porsche, are black oxide. They should be cad/yellow zinc. Just so you don't waste you money ordering from them

Front. Not looking for perfect, just the right ones.

(tried 2 hardware stores but nothing fit)

I like to use studs threaded on both ends. That way I can "easily" install the bumpers, front or rear, without any assistant. And using anti-seize to help avoid the nuts and the stud from getting frozen in place.
