I just took of the KYB rear shocks and realized that the mounting hardware up to doesn't thread onto the Konis I intend to install.

That's odd. Mine had the same hardware when I switch from KYBs to Koni yellows. . .

I just checked, the pitch on the KYB thread is 1.5, and the Koni is 1.25
