Hi all,

Here is my 1974 914-4 2.0. I am reluctantly selling this car due to some home remodeling, I just don't get to use it as much, and I think it is time to move on and let it go to a good home.

I purchased this car about 3 years ago and have loved it ever since. I've taken great care of this car and drove it daily. This car is very complete and VERY DRY. This BLACK ON TAN color combination is VERY RARE for 914s! A great looking car with an even better interior with the normal dash cracks and minimal wear. New parts like a BRAND NEW Weber Carb Kit, new clutch, and more make it worth while. Its Targa top is in excellent structural condition. The only problem is its somewhat faded color.

When I decided to make it my second car is when I started having trouble. Some of the components on the EFI system began to slowly fail. After rebuilding part after part to try and save it, I made the switch to carbs. The car however now is in need of an adjustment for it idles high and will burp and burble while running.

The car is without rust and in good structural condition. No rust in near the concerned battery tray area.

It's hard to see this car go, but a good place I am sure it will end up! I am loosing quite a bit of money on this car which is not the concern, but therefore ask for reasonable offers. See the full add in the link below.
