Hi I am looking to do an engine swap into my kit car. I'd prefer a v8 mid engine but open to anything even electric powered if that can be done inexpensively or even a motorcycle engine swap. my car is VW based chassis and depending on what engine i do and what weight i would have to modify to reinforce or do a tube frame.

anyways looking for a set up ranging from small block chevy v8's or something similar or v8 's aluminum heads, northstar caddi, nissan maxima, wrx, sti, evo, etc... transaxle 914 911 930 porsche zf baja buggy ecu wiring etc.... suspension aluminum a arms cage fuel cell... etc.....

also if you know of anyone who is able to do the work as well (engine swap, welding, fabrication, cage)...
