1974 Porsche 914 convertible speedster, this is an outstanding example of a low
mileage 914, with only 44,000 miles on this California convertible it looks and
drives outstanding. It is a three owner car and comes with records since 1994
authenticating the mileage and service history. Prior service history was lost
before 1988 when second owner purchased the car with 12000 miles. It was
purchased from a family friend so he knew car and it's history.

It has been converted by Willco auto restoration in Carson California and I have
the original literature that will come with car. This was done in the 90's
The car has a functional soft top with a tonneau cover to put on when the top is
down. Carpet is replaced on the rear panel of the passenger compartment, the
engine compartment is re inforced and vented to prevent overheating, also a new
sound deadened lid. Side intake vents were also added like a 97 turbo s. The top
fits tight and is canvas, with the top up it seals very nice there are no blems
to the top.

The exterior of the car is it's original color off white, it has been been
painted once aprox 10 years ago, it was a quality job and not a single stage
quick repaint, all trim was removed. The paint has held up very nice, there is a
very small scratch at the lower part of the driver rear quarter panel and a few
pencil head chips at the front of the hood and driver door edge guards , these
are very small but noted due too buyers that can not see the car in person. This
is a rust free car with only a small bubble to the lower windshield pillars as
seen in the photos. Doors, hood and trunk all align excellent, headlights
operate smooth and fast, all lights, signals and horn are working. Chrome
Porsche covers in excellent condition and sits on new Yokohama tires. all rubber
weather striping in excellent condition along with the body beads.

Interior is beautiful and original, dash has no cracks and the stock am radio is
still present and working, gauges all working and not weathered, door panels not
cracked or bent, map pockets excellent, original seats are not torn or have ever
been dyed, a little wear mark on the driver top corner from the seat belt
wearing, new carpet was replaced years ago and still looks new.
Factory steering wheel has been covered in leather. Excellent rear trunk with
tools and no rust issues. Front bonnet also in excellent condition with spare
tire, jack, and complete tool roll, there are two service books included and a
pint of the paint used when repainted formic touch ups.
Factory ac car in working condition but not blowing as cold as it did, will
probably need a charge that I can take care of before delivery of the car.

The motor is the 1.8 Liter , runs like a top and has always been serviced with
receipts, no strange noises, leaks, or smoking. This car gets 35 mpg on the hwy.
The trans shifts effortlessly in every gear with excellent syncros. brakes are
good and there are allot of pad left. Suspension is tight along with the
steering box, the handles very well. I am also including a custom fit weather
guard car cover.
