Removing throw out bearing pivot stud

Whats the best way to removing the throw out bearing pivot stud? It's the one with the ball end screwed into the transaxle.

Unscrew it. It's not that hard.

Chris I used a 14mm 1/4 drive deepwell socket .

as socket with a thin sidewall will do, you might need to grind it down a bit ...
