His car hasn't moved out of my garage for two weeks. It's putting down roots.

I have a (non-914) friend who lives in Lake Stevens, just spoke with him this evening ... he's seen the green car in question several times in the 'downtown' area.

There was an early green one on C.L. For quite awhile, don't see it now, might be that one... I think it had steelies with the chrome hub caps.

Saw it again on Saturday as well as an Alaska Blue car (pretty lady driving). the owner of the green car lives on E. Lakeshore drive.

Hmm, passed a green teener heading up Mt. Spokane yesterday. Maybe a new phantom teener haunting us all?
