My sister, who is the greatest, gave me a new Princeton 17" flat monitor for my B-day.
When I'm on the 914 site it sometimes has lines pulsing through (left to right ) and sometimes a larger 1" disturbance across the entire screen.
It doesn't seem to do this when I'm in Word.
Is this monitor bad?

It's not that you have a bad one, I have a client who has a 17" Princeton flat panel and it looks just like you are describing, they returned it twice and they have both been the same. So its not that yours is bad, I think they are all bad.

Bummer....FWIW I know squat about Princeton but have had good luck with ViewSonic LCD's.
