What's really nice is that when I'm not using it ( hardly ever) it folds up
Just make sure it doesnt do that with the engine on it.
When I was 18, I was rebuilding the 6 cyl from my buick skylark.
I was struggling with moving the engine around the shop when the front wheel dropped in the expansion joint in the floor of the garage. The single front wheel support pulled completely out of the stand and dropped the engine right between my legs front cover first on the concrete. My brother pulled into the driveway just seconds after this happened and asked why I was standing there kicking the engine while it was down. I could only reply " because it TRIED TO KILL ME!"
Not as graphic as the jackstand thread but could have been worse.
Check that the pins are all in place with restraints (tie-wire)
