Last I saw they were $229 & 19mm were $189 IIRC, but that was 2010-ish.

PP, AA & the usual online suspects carry them too, and if you're a PCA member, you can probably get 20% off their retail price, which they should carry.

Another option is to try the parts interchange/ATE part number on the VW suppliers & dealers, TheSamba, etc. - since it was also used on some VWs of the day.

I feel your pain, as I've decided to get a 17mm & stay stock too, after reading the excellent brakes topic in the saved classic topics on hear - of course after already buying a 19mm thinking it was an "upgrade"! dry.gif
