I hit the button on the CD player today and on comes the CD that Jon made for the WCC. Good road music but it makes me wonder where he's been. Anybody heard from Jon recently? I miss his humor.

thanks for the props on the avatar, it's part of a piece I'm working on. Here's the beginning. It's a little more interesting with the music and proper motion. Hopefully, I can get it finished here in the next coupla days.

No, because I haven't come across a spare $10,000 to finish it.

I'm basically a "one-thing-at-a-time" person (aren't most men) and since the spring when I last worked on the car I've been doing life-stuff followed by career-stuff. Nothing outside the usual that we all have to deal with.

The good news is I've been getting the urge lately to work on it again. I was starting to wonder if that would happen or not. The bad news is I bet my $10k estimate is the minimum needed to complete it and my "Powered by Mastercard" slogan needs to be updated to something more like "Powered by Vanguard". Having a car as a toy is a financially irresponsible thing to do for most of us; hence the average age of this forum.

Oh, and Mikey, I only recall not returning one of your calls (not three).
