This is a GB on stock 914/6 Engine Tin Hardware. I have most of it in stock now and I'd like to order the rest. You get hardware, parts list and instructions all sealed up.

I'm not asking cash until the kits are ready in 5 weeks. I need a commitment to purchase then pay in 5 weeks when the kits should be ready.

Just to be super clear, this kit is for STOCK 914/6 Engine Tin only. I'll be looking to do the 911 Engine Tin Kits later. The kit contains the special Alternator Lock nut M14x1.5 and the speed nuts.

I believe this is the first time a 914/6 Engine Tin kit has ever been offered.

Representative photo below. Missing the wing nuts. The long hex bolt will be a socket, the speed nuts and tapping screws will be the right size. Everything will be Replica plate except for the alternator nut.

GB $45, regular price $55. For comparison, the 914/4 kit is $38.

Update:

Everything is ordered and should be here (knock on wood) in about 3-3 1/2 weeks.

FYI: For those that didn't sign up, it looks like I'll have a few extra kits.

I going to call my wholesaler Monday and see what the status on the parts. They may or may not have power by then. (FYI, They are my only German wholesaler)

Here is the current status as of today:

My supplier has been out of power for a 1 week +. I called yesterday and they think most of it is in, but they can't check the computers and the person in charge of fulfillment & shipping couldn't get to work yesterday.

I will be checking in with them again.

The next delay after that would be me getting the wing nuts plated yellow here locally. That would be about a 5-7 day turnaround. Once I receive everything, I can immediately begin assembly and probably turn around all the kits in 3 days.

Speed Nuts have been released and heading my way.

Now I'm waiting on the other pieces.

pic shows only nuts & bolts - are you selling the 4 side & front tin pieces to fit 911 engine - or only the nuts & bolts?

The speed nuts arrived today and I'll need to get them plated.

75% of the other things hopefully will arrive by the end of next week. I'll be getting the wing nuts plated too.

The 25% they had to reorder from Germany. So, I estimate 2-3 weeks?

I'll have the kits put together and almost ready to go except for that one hardware piece.

I'll be working on putting the kit together next week. All the paperwork stuff is done and has been done for awhile.
