Considering ATS 6x15 cookie cutters on my six project. Is offset compatible with stock 914 body ?

They should fit fine as they are the same offset as the 6" wide Fuchs. Depending on what size tire you choose, you may have to roll the fender lips a bit, but should not be a problem.

6" and 7" will fit and have the correct offset.

I had to pull rear fenders for 7" but it may also depend on the tire.
