I have the original 5.5Jx15 steel wheels and looking to get new tires. Below are some photos I've found on the net of these wheels with Nexen N5000 Tire P195/65R15 - $68 at wmart. I know they are not stock but I like how they fit and that they're a little wider. Beyond likely rubbing the well when flipping a bitch too far, is there any other reason I shouldn't pull the trigger?

What about other tier combos? I'm not swapping the wheels. This car is unmolested and I'm keeping the originality.

NOT MY CAR (I wish). Photos from http://californiaclassix.com/archive/72_Po...e_914_c569.html

nice deal, I'd buy 'em if I was in need of tires. From what I can gather you won't have any rub issues as these are slightly smaller diameter than stock tires.

That's the size I'm moving up to later.

I hope! I've got the GO part, just need the STOP part.

I've got the thing running well on jackstands at least. I'm working with Eric @PMB on the breaks which I'm pretty sure are shot.

I have a 2-year daughter (1 when I first got the car) and a tight budget. I just sold my 93 civic dx that sat more than drove so I have a little cash to move forward.
