Am close to completing a fuel pump move to under the tank.
To prime the fuel pump (which has been sitting for a long while) are the two conductors just positive and negative and 12 volts?
Can you just jump these off a battery and get fuel to the rails for a test?

+12V and ground, yup. Your test should work. If the pump is under the tank, it shouldn't need any priming, gravity should take care of that.
