Due to a recent post of mine, I now know that spark plug reading is not of value- so now I need a little assistance with Air/Fuel gauge readings. I was just hoping to run my numbers by everyone and get their opinion.

Idle- gauge readings around 12 (yes they are obviously too rich- I am working on that)
2000rpm or higher cruising- gauge shows about 14.2
Accelerating- 11.2
Foot on gas but letting off a bit- 16.5

Any input other than that the idle is obviously too rich. My car is setup for daily driving and weekend auto x.

got for wide open throttle of around 12.7 or 13.0:1 at redline

it will probably be a little richer than that at 4000rpm and then start to lean out near redline.

you don't want it to be 13.0 at 4000 and then get too lean at the redline where you need it not to run lean....

redline is where you damage the motor most.

I'll let others chime in with the cruising numbers

I wouldn't worry too much about idles
easy to change the idle jets a bit and unless your fouling the plugs not too important.
