i was going to suggest the same, since the merged and mark is handling the sales thru his business, i would think he could help you out.
I have purchased many a product from Morph and Heidi and always been happy with quality etc, sometimes was a little slow on getting stuff out, but they were done right.
I'm sure you will get your product give mark a ring.

I agree that the quality of the merchandise is very nice and I feel like I have burned a bridge here.
I have left voice mail on the phone and I have sent email but no luck. I really don't want to drag mickey914 in to this because this transaction (for lack of a better term) was before he was in the picture..
I would love to go knock on the door but that is just not practical with him on the West coast.

Had the exact same issue when I ordered a carpet kit thru Morph 4 months ago. He took my phone call 3 weeks after I paid him, he said it would be in the mail shortly. A month later, and after plenty of failed calls and no-reply emails, I called Mikey914. The carpet kit arrived a few days later. Thanks Mikey!

I do have tan consouls, I've contacted him to see if I can ship this out for you. I know James has issues with getting stuff shipped out. Allways happy to help out. I've tried to stock most of his stuff, and when I get a rush on it I can get stuck waiting for a week or two. I know his situation is such that shipping is really a hassle, and I've tried to help out where I can.
I don't want to get in the middle of drama, but I will try to help out.

The tan center console does look very nice, too bad I already have a new black one. I had never seen a tan one before. Any assistance would be appreciated Mike.

I had a friend that was an auto body man, and did wonderful work, but he also was very slow.
When he'd tell me a project would be done in April, I'd always forget to ask in which year ( one of the projects to 18months instead of the 2 we counted on! ). However, the work was great and has help up over 20 years at this point.
I guess my advice is that you can't rush an artist. I've also waited for Morph in the past, but the parts were beautiful when they arrived.
Hopefully Mikey will be able to be of help, but I'd try to stay patient ( I know, easier said than done in a situation like this).

Got some good news for you. James will have yours this week for me to ship. He also will be returning your oil cooler as he no longer has the bus he needed it for.

This issue has been resolved and I'm very happy with my new center deposit box. I will say this Morph is very good at what he does but communication and commitments are not his strong point. Fortunately for us we have Mikey914 (Mark) who excells at this. I could not be happier. Mark you have a customer for life
