I have a question concerning the large/thick washers that come with the turbo tie rod kits. Is this washer for the tie rod connection at the steering rack or is it for spacing the steering rack (bump steer spacers)??? They sure look like the same washers used for the "bump steer kit".

They go between the rack and the new turbo tie rod. Slide them over the threads and screw the new parts into the rack.
They are shorter than the stock ones and need the spacer.
