I have the bottom half of the dash off, and the knob and bezel off of the hedlight switch. What's the easiest way to get access to it to remove/replace?

Let me know.

.ps I am thinking either take off the gauge panel or drop the fuse box. Thoughts?

Got the switch out, but now have a different question.

I have an older 10-pin switch. My replacement, which I am not sure is good, is 11-pin.

1) How do I test the 11-pin with a multi-meter to see if it is good?
B) If it is good, how do I use the 11-pin with the 10=pin wiring?

For now, I put the 10-pin back, albeit cleaned up a little. Maybe it will work better now, we'll see.
