Hey Gang,

What do you think this is for? 9.75" center to center on the plate holes. 4.75" top to bottom on the plate holes.

I don't have any stateside plates that have holes that match those dimensions...

Anybody care to guess? I asked our resident license plate expert but he's stumped as well.

The longer Euro-land plates have wider spaced holes IIRC, so maybe that?

I had one like that that I got on a bumper I got off ebay. I think it is for euro plates, but I am not sure.
