OK - Still on blocks.

Moved fuel pump to under tank.
I am a pretty good sparky and moved the "fuel pump plug" with ample wire size to extend it to the front under the tank.
I soldered it after cutting the "electric plug" from tne back to the front and used lots of shink wrap. Tanks is back in with 1.5 gallons of fuel. I am 99.9 certain it is not a broken wire from the engine bay to under the tank to pump.

I check continuity on all fuses under the steering wheel.

I electric drill wire brushed the brown grounds by the heater fan and
circuit board at that point.

Hooked up test 12 volt light on "electric plug" Light flashes when you turn on the key and then the light goes out and you hear a click.....??

Any help here?

Not sure here.....Help!

Fwiw the fuel pump fuse is on the relay board, along with the fuel pump relay.

Hooked up 12V light to termnal of pump.

When you turn the key on the light comes on for a second and then kicks off.

You can hear a "click?"

It sounds normal. With D-jet, when you turn the key to the on position, the pump will run for a brief second and then go off. When cranking/running the pump will stay on.

For D-jet, the pump runs one of three times,
1- upon initial key to on for about 1.5 seconds.
2- when starter is engaged,
3 when engine rpm's exceed XXX rpms.

If the D-Jet brain is not plugged in, the pump will not get any power ...
