I thought a flywheel cover plate was a clutch

For a second there I thought I missed a part when I installed my new clutch!

Hey people, its a cover I removed when I seperated engine & transaxle on a 76' 2.0. Located on bottom of transaxle that covers the flywheel.

Unless you can prove its a Porsche 914 part (IE:PET diagram)
