We don't know much about them but they seem to be '75 2.0 heads bored out for 103mm P/C.
I believe they have been ported and they have 48 x 38 mm SS valves with single springs.
They seem to have been CC'd.

Is it a crack I see between the exhaust valve and the spark plug hole in the bottom head in the picture?
