looks like someone "cloned" the eBay listing and conveniently left off a digit ($3,000 vs. $30,000)

At the same place i found scooters conversion at a price of 4375 $ a few weeks before. Look all the other 914..... all prices are very low.

I'm guessing a typo on the price, & maybe same for the others you mentioned.
...perhaps intentional?
