if you see mine, then they are on.
I see yours.

Right click on yours and then click "show picture"

It'd be cool if there was some kind of easy toggle button for like, "work mode" browsing... where peoples' avatars don't load. Don't get me wrong... I love your avatars, well.. except for mikez's.
