One of my front A calipers (not original) is sticking, so i figured i could either rebuild it or replace with say the S calipers (should be the same just in alloy)

boy was i shocked when checking Pelican's site. $2826.60 each!!!! idea.gif
So take 2, maybe i should rebuild the A's after all.

What are my options? I can sourece some 85 944 turbo fronts from a friend would they work?

Just buy a pair of rebuild kits. If you find you must buy a new caliper for some reason, buy a used one from HPH, or PartsHeaven, or EASY, or...and a rebuild kit...
SLITS
For that price, you can have both of yours stainless sleeved, rebuilt and have $2600.00 left over. Sheeeeeeeeeeeeez

I sold a pair of rebuildable "S" calipers for $150. Aluminum flexes to much.

I think the set I sold a couple years ago on ebay went for $250 or so.
Oh, I'd go with 951 brakes before just about anything else.

Yep.. what Sean and Slits said..

Rebuild them. Several places sell replacement pistons.
