Comes with the rare V-6 option too!

It will cost you $35 a year to bid to set up a account and not sure if you can cancel it once you do?

Thank you Nine 14

Lake Elmo, MN. 9140430924 isn't in the database... looks like it has sat quite awhile, too. Could be a bargain find if OG engine/trans, as the shell looks straight & dry. But now that it's been outed, expect plenty of bid activity regardless of the $35 sign up and 5% buyers fee. It's already up to $7800.

Original engine with Zenith carbs ? unlikely. 2.2 ? No air filter is scary if the car was stored outside. Inconclusive info on engine turning. Front cooler ? Flared rear fenders ? performance guy ? Looks like a stock muffler which is a good sign. No pictures of the important areas, and all the pictures in the world will never replace being there. Good gaps. Less molested than most dormant cars.
Roll the dice. All about the price and what it turns out to be once you own it.
171 cars before my orange car, both built 3/70
Wish I was closer.

I can go look at it but I won't be there until December 21st. If it is still available and some one wants a PPI let me know.
pete000
For sure some one needs to go check this out!

Tires look like they were sitting flat for. Long time.

Except for the missing rear valance it looks all there.

I doubt it has seen too many Minnesota winters. If it was left outside I would be surprised. Midwest weather is hell on old german cars especially ones prone to rust. I bet it is a barn find. But chances are it could easily be mice infested. But to be honest it looks in pretty decent shape if it has been sitting for a long time.

Cool find! Check the Mad Max 1973 Nova as well... ugly but probably very fast in a straight line! 150hp nitrous shot!

Saw this one on bringatrailer...cool car for someone with money/time to restore it.

I do like that front valance though.

$20101.00 SOLD

Looks like it brought pretty good money for a non running 6.

Any one on here get it?
Nine_14
A lot of money, remembering the black 6 on ebay with 3.0 engine.....30K
mech986
Well, add that one to the database. Wonder where its going?

I love this part, "Battery is missing; headlights won't flip up & nothing happens when key is turned". Talk about dummies...
sixaddict
Talk about a "pig in a poke" .......no conclusive pics , and really so many unknowns
Hell of a price for seller considering confused24.gif
Gint
Holy crap. That went for 20K?!?!

I used to worry that all the money that I was going to put into my 6 resto would never be recovered. But that was 10 years ago. Now I don't worry about it so much!

Ad the VIN to the data base...

Wow, need to add these cars into the database too. That yellow/primer car is in Culver City and a 71, and the red one is a 72.

Nine_14
Many 914 offered on the german market came from the states.
If you want to sell your 914, try german/european market first.

Some help needed ? Feel free to contact me.
I am not a reseller.

pete000
I think this one is either on a boat or still in CA. Just saw it listed I think on Craigs List.

mettelman
It is also listed on the PCA site and in Excellence classified
mettelman
The yellow 914/6 on that German site is listed for the modest sum of 146,000 Euros ... that's about $193,000. Ya think it will be there for a while?
