What is the average cost of a used set ? I think that they would look unique on her Ghia.

They look great on bugs too!

These were media blasted, primed and then painted with Argent silver then cleared.
Came out very nice.

Try Mahlies , there is a Gia around here and it looks great. Smart move getting

your daughterinto that car. At 16 Itryed to get my son into a 914, didn't work

but the old man was hooked. Dave

I have been bouncing around on the type of wheels to use. At first it was just your standard VW steel wheel,
but think I started thinking of others. I have burnt about three or four weeks on visualizing what would look good.

I could use the above wheels and stop wasting time. I think I may be overthinking it.

How's your cold...I hope that I don't get cooties conversing with you through the forum. biggrin.gif
You're correct on the fitment issue with the Ghia.
The rear has an full inner well that is a little smaller than the body. The body is also
tapered toward the rear, as on the 914.
Any 5.5x15 wheel with a back spacing of 4, 1/2" to 4, 3/4" will work, especially when
lowering the rear about 2 notches. It has an IRS, so there isn't an issue as with the
swing axle fulcrum plates.
Hope you feel better.
