Many auto parts stores and plumbing stores. Lowes and Home Debit might have it as well.

Ask for a 1/8" NPT 3 way fitting. Any good full line auto parts store that carries Dorman products should have it. "Good" probably excludes most of the big chain stores, except maybe for Carquest outlets.
