I've seen a couple of front bumpers that didn't have cutouts for foglights, mostly on race cars so I'm assuming fiberglass. I'm not really interested in filling in that area if I don't have to, but I do want a smooth surface. I've checked the usual places but haven't found them on any of the websites..does anyone know?

Steel ones have been welded up....they do make/sell grills that do not have foglight holes as well...

That's an option certainly, just more work than I wanted. Of course it would be safer in a wreck.
