I bet it wouldn't - it says it only bends from "vertcal" by 20* - I imagine that it is supposed to be mounted to the top or bottom of a bumper of a truck? It would have to bend 90* from how it's pictured to mount to the stock hole there. If it did bend enough (which it looks like it would despite what it says?) it looks a little tick and like the mount would push it too far out toward the front. - just guessing though form looking at it here.
