You can buy a replacement for $100 and turn that wheel into a garden hose holder.

I had mine repaired for $100 by Alloy Wheel Repair. They are a mobile repair unit/franchise. Just google them.

Cracked ones are perfect for clocks
If the wheel is straight, I concour with finding the local wheel restorer.
Given that you can buy a good wheel for about $100, I would buy a different wheel and hang onto the old one
