Reworking some stuff to get rid of the damage caused by an A/C installation. I pulled my engine to fix an oil leak and found all sorts of stuff under the top cooling tins. 20 or so cigarette butts (I don't smoke) various leaves and chunks of plastic , 8 blades off a cooling fan and about half of a clutch cable ! I also found the passenger side riser out of the heat exchanger was off and blowing right on the bottom of the oil cooler. My car ran a little warm sometimes and now I see why. I guess I need the screen over the fan too
The tin I need is really hacked up because of the A/C compressor so I want to change it while I have it out . I wish I would have thought to take some pictures but I really was involved taking everything apart!
If anyone has a usuable NON CUT passenger side 2.0 litre cooling tin let me know --
