I saw a thread on here for the 914world.com/download/ link (that doesnt work anymore) which had CD information it. I am looking for the factory manual for the 914. I heard a lot just put it on CD and sell it, etc. Can anyone help me find this?

Pretty sure it was taken down due to questionable legality and the admins not wanting to be liable for anything.

I have seen someone on ebay selling this on CD from time to time though. Seems even worse to be SELLING pirated manuals rather then giving them away, but what can do you, I was unable to find a good link either.

I think the OP was referring to the Work Manuals (originally 8 Books) not the Car Manual

The pirated CD's show up occasionally. I just went ahead and bought the manuals. They are expensive...but very nice!

The Haynes manuals has about 85% of the words and text directly lifted from the factory manuals. Quite cheap, too.

these bad boys is what i was assuming. I dont see the CD of them for sale on Ebay, guessing the seller may have been shutdown for selling pirated goods.

I got one these last year and it has a lot of information. It is about 1 inch thick.
