Yes modified one. . It was that way when I got the car, . . . Original outer shell has not been cut other than where the twin pipes attach, it is clean and has nice welds. The outer shell didn't have rust , I saw it after it was sandblasted and before it was coated, it was solid, clean and straight

Due to size and weight, I really don't think it would be economical to ship - I prefer pickup local..
