You get the plate, the paper gasket, the cover, AND the bracket for the wire, the one that goes on the fan housing near the oil filter assembly. The cover is plated, the other metal parts are painted black. Did I mention they're NEW? What you don't get: the special 6mm crush washers, the large o-ring, and the temp sending unit and copper seal. $68, delivered in the CONUS.
