Put a Terrycable clutch cable in today. Smooth as puppy poop. Definitly worth your time putting one in. My old cable was "unwinding" on me, and I had to adjust it everyother day. Figured I should change it before it snaps on me.

Yes. Boat Trailer bearing greae should do the trick....

sorry stock cables for me i had 2 terrys snap, each in 5 k.
i found that the stock cables have a plastic ( maybe nylon ) sleave where they came out of the sleave you see in the engine compartment and the terrys did not both wore down at that point, no problems on my clutch tube. i think that the terrys are a bigger cable and dont fit down the cable tube as well. maybe my car just likes stock cables, but it sucks when they go on ya so stock cables only for me
