Saw this at the Porsche Salvage in El Cajon this morning.

I was an original member of the 914 Owner's Association and had a few of these, all different, but this is the only one remaining. Number 3/100. 8.5 x 11"

This looks like it was scanned from a french comic series named "Michel Vaillant".
I have a few of those but not the one including this drawing. There are about 70 episodes ...

This was very popular in France. It was adapted for TV in the sixties and an awfull movie was made a few years ago.
