Seats are interchangeable ... just swap the mounts.

Not exactly true. Yes, you can swap sides but the back of the head rest are different. The bottome edge is sloped from small to big to fit the back pad correctly.

The slope is easy to see from the back when the seats are sitting level.

Doesn't the driver side have an indent for the handbrake?

I just remember grabbing a passenger side seat from car in the bone-yard and installing it in the driver's position in the 'BB'.

I'm so short, never had an issue with the headrest even coming close to the back pad
