Kit purchased new in 1988 from Anything Ltd.
I have been carting this kit around for 25+ years, its scattered all over the garage now...sigh.
It is the 'updated ' version of the Chalon, 930-s style front airdam/bumper, box rocker panels.

I would like $1500...
8" front fender right and left
9" rear fender right and left
rear bumper/911
front bumper/930-s
front hood extension
rear bumper extension
front side markers (factory 911 part)
front turn signals (factory 911 part)
Chalon box rocker panels right and left
Porsche reflector rear w/ cable trunk latch

Cutting blueprints/instructions.
Kit has been kept indoors.
I can get pics if anyone is interested.
I have no idea what shipping would be.
Thanks

Ok i will dig the parts out.
Looks like its has survived very well for a 25 year old kit.
Some minor surface rust on the mounting brackets, fiberglass looks like it did 25 years ago.
Front lamps unopend. (took 1 out for a pic)

3 year old bump.
Can I do that...
Still have this full kit.
Paid 1795.00 in 1988 dollars, plus shipping.
I know, nuts right.

I will even deliver it to Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and North Cali.
For my cost.

You are ready for another?

Now that you are older and wiser you could build it that much better.

Thought I should reply here too, besides a PM.
Sorry, I don't seem to get a notice of thread activity but a PM works.

It still sits collecting dust.

...the sounds of silence.

No one likes the Chalon anymore?
Love it or HATE it I guess.

Here was a nice car before it burned up in a fire.

The 930s style front makes it a bit less RX-7'ish.

I kinda think it would look better if you left in the 914's front turn signals (maybe that would be weird) and leave it more stock/flat behind the windows. Never really liked the grooves of the kit but its not all that bad on the dead red car.

Also thought a 916 style rear end would look better than the 911 style...but that's just me.
Each to their own.

Was there another version offers, every one I've seen had the fake accordion bumper ends. Also the big fat bumper pads are not on mine.
Mine has air entry vents ahead of rear wheel openings (good place for aux oil cooler)and fake hood louvers.
Sorry for the hijack

No worries this is a zombie thread as it is.

Nice car!

That's the same front in the kit I have here, 930s style.
I have only seen the Chalon with the rear 911 with the 'rubber bumps' look.

The rest kinda looks like a 'Testarosa' kit. I will look for some pics.

However I am no expert, just guessing here.

Actually I guess that front on your car is different, no 'bellows/accordion'.
Also the Tesrarosa had like 3 lines in the side. So different there too.

The Renegade kits had some similar things going as your car.

Seems like there was a Chalon GT kit, but I don't know what's different about the kits.

edit
Looking at some old magazine, VW/Porsche 1991.
It shows this MK-501 kit I have as the GT for $1995.00.

I cant find any cars that look like yours.
Even the Renegade are way different.

Cant find any info on Mitcom or different versions of the Chalon.
Your kit looks more 1990's style than the kit I have, mine has a definite 80's style to it.
Maybe Mitcom changed the Chalon up over the years.

Looking at 914 kits...there must have been 100's of them over the 46 years now.
Customizing these has been going on from the start.

Probably someone on 914world that knows these things? About Mitcom and Chalon.
