I will need to go look to confirm, but i believe no, i think you have the plastic spacer flipped. Also i think your AAR need to be flipped 180deg as well.

Air inlet on spacer should be on bottom, hose from AAR then is to the lower of the 2 ports to the CSV spacer.

Like i sad, not 100% on this as i need to go look

There are four possible positions - took a WAG at it.

Nipple on the plastic spacer, faces to the right pointing up, right pointing down, or left pointing down?

Current position in pictuer is left pointing up.

Left, pointing down. The hose from the aar runs under the intake runners and connects to the cold start valve.
