Is this the same as last weekend, and how was it?

360 Saratoga Avenue San Jose, CA 95129 is the address. That's missing from the Craigslist ad.

The turnout today was better than I expected. There were at least a dozen 914s that made it to the swap meet, with two of them being original sixes. Here are some pictures I shot today.

I really liked the rear flares on this real, metallic green 914-6. The owner, Steve, said the fenders are original, and I believe he said a long defunct company called Metal Masters did the work.

This is the organizer's car. He said he would like to do this again in another two or three months. He picked up some 4-bolt Fuchs for $25 ea. (not sure if they were real or clones).

Here is Surf Monkey's (Richard) original six. It's for sale on Craigslist for $48K. He was picking up a bunch of parts (not sure why).

Improvising is important when using the 914 to transport bulky items. Note the battery which has come loose from its mooring. It was fixed.

Great pictures Dave, thanks for sharing. Also like seeing the owners name or screen name.

Thanks Jim. Surprisingly, the majority of the guys there I didn't know. Apparently they had seen the ad on Craigslist. I guess there are a lot of 914 guys out here that aren't members or rarely attend any of the get togethers.

Mine is the light blue with blue top.

I'd rather call this a factory /6. Original? Not so much.

PS: Don't get me wrong, it looks like a very nice car ...
