Yes black and from what I know they are original material. There is a guy who has spoken up for them and I am posting the pics here because I couldn't open the original ad IDONNO

If they don't sell, I may be interested. I have a feeling shipping would be pretty pricey, but who knows.

The seats are suprisingly lite without the sliders.
