Where does this part go?

over the emerg. brake inside the cabin...under drivers seat...i think...

If you remove the drivers seat and the carpet next to it you will find the cover over the park brake cable swivel. You also might need to pry back or remove the backpad to get the screws in place.

Yup, it covers the cable as it wyes off before it passes into the rear firewall.
