Anybody seen this style monoball/camber plate before. It's obviously a stock plate that's been modded to accept the new monoball. I need to replace the bearing as it's shot. Kinda hard to see, but it's more shaped like a pill that a sphere.

Any clue who/what/where to get parts? I can't seem to find anything in McMaster and can't seem to ask Google the right question.
