Looking to replace my modern radio with an authentic, period-correct model. Would prefer faceplate and/or entire vinyl dash section. PM me or email photos and price to mettelman@aol.com

What kind of radio is it?

Thanks, but I think I am going to go with a Frankfurt. I just found the C of A and that was the original radio.

I thought there was no 'original' radio from the factory, right?

no - the factory offered various different Radios
but they were expensive like hell, and therefore hardly ordered

there were extra Radios with US-Band in the Price list

Interesting, I always understood they were dealer installed items from whatever they had in-stock. And that's the reason there were different models and antennas on various locations on the cars.
