Thanks Dave, I have a nice bar with the end tabs angled to fit the 914's conture and stock sea tbelt mounting holes. When you pull the bar forward it moves. Thanks Mike

Nope, I gots "built-in padding"!!

After an hour of driving, though, I really need to swap back to the stock seat cushion...
