What RPM do I need to run the brat at when cold and when warm to keep the foul problem away? Other suggestions to keep the plugs burning clean? - I am using NGK BP7ES
Edit: I only use Chevron super or Super without ethanol.

I have a 3.0 in my GT with Weber 40's and a 3.0 in my SC with PMO 46's and neither one fouls plugs. I have used Bosch and NGK both worked fine. Has your ignition distributor been recurved for carburetors ? Both of my cars are cold blooded but clear up within 20-30 seconds after firing up.

you definitely have something else causing the problem
any smoking or oil useage? compression up to stock numbers? it could also be a jetting issue... what idles are you using and what main chokes?
you might be able to mask the problem with a heat range change in your plugs (if its an oil blowby problem)
