Bought a terrific Blaupunkt Frankfurt from a guy in Germany. It's a very nice, period-correct, Euro-spec radio. One problem ... Euro radios only go up to 104 kHz so I won't be listening to 104.3 or 106.7 KMA.gif

that's not a general "problem" - both were availabe, 104 and 108 style versions
btw - it should be MHz, not kHz idea.gif

It's a real problem when you want to listen to stations above 104 !

I think the Frankfurts are the same. The one in this thread has a plastic plate around it rather than fitting into the radio dash plate itself.

Since radios did not come from the factory, were all dealer installed (just about all) and many were used depending upon the year and US location, this one looks just fine to me. In my neck of the woods you'll get all the NPR and religious channels!

Simple fix: only drive in Germany!

I listion the european radios about La quanta country club which is very good. I will suggest everyone for visit palm desert country club atleast know about that.
