Full Version: Driver side mirror
I'm trying to loosen the shaft inside the driver's side mount. I think that I will need to take the mirror off of the car to do this. Are the nuts on the inside of the door that I have to get before unscrewing the mounting plate?
No, just undo the screws holding it to the door.

Take the mirror off and you'll see the nut under the mount
